You need to be more specific than asking for fundraising volunteers -- what is it exactly these volunteers will *do*? How will they be trained and supported by your organization? How will you screen them to ensure that they have no criminal backgrounds? How will you supervise them to ensure they do what they are supposed to do? You aren't ready to involve volunteers until you can answer all of those questions. Only then are you ready to recruit local people, through churches, temples and mosques, through clubs, through associations, etc. to be volunteers. If you want international volunteers -- that will take a tremendous amount of support and infrastructure on your part.
