How do I go about getting police rights for an animal rescue center?
I live in Australia and want to open an animal rescue center similar to the RSPCA (or in America, the ASPCA). The RSPCA and ASPCA officers have the power to arrest or put in custody someone who has abused an animal, or to fine them, and stuff like that.
How do I go about getting similar powers for my animal rescue center and the volunteers?
The Australian RSPCA officers do not have the power to arrest anyone, they have to call for police assistance if they want someone arrested

Those people are legitimate police officers assigned to the animal rescue. You can’t just "apply" for anyone to have those powers.
