a community center
i applied to volunteer at my local community center and i got accepted for an interview tomorrow.
i was wondering what kind of questions i would be faced with, so i can better prepare myself

i applied to volunteer with fundraising and supervising sports in the community center.
thanks! :)

Usually, for the community jobs, there is a team interviewing you to get a feeling for your ability to handle yourself. They will do a criminal background check also. I really don’t know how you prepare other than have your family sit facing you and throw questions at you. Then, you look squarely at them and answer. The community center won’t want an irresponsible person or strange type working with children in any capacity. So, you have to be very confident and soft spoken. Also, I have noticed that when it comes to working with children in summer jobs, the staff is quite lenient, so if it is like that in your community, then, stick to that persona. Check out the pools or classes ahead if you can to see their philosophy. That way, you will have an idea about what they are seeking in personnel.
