How to I volunteer online as a chat room monitor (pref. kids chat room)?

I’m a teenager in need of volunteer hours, and I’d like to volunteer as a chat room monitor online. Preferably in a kids chat room.
Where can I do this? Any kids’ online community that appreciate volunteer monitors?
The only ones I can find, you have to be 18+.
