This segment features Char Kintz, a volunteer for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Ohio Buckeye Chapter, and Donna Early and Teachers of the English Language at the International Institute of Akron. The video was produced by students at the University of Akron School of Communication; Anthony Codispoti, Nick Haidet, Brandon Tarzis and Patrick Van Auker with technical help from their instructor Professor Gabriel Giralt.

Great Human Race in Durham, NC
The Great Human Race in Durham, North Carolina is an annual fundraiser sponsored by the Volunteer Center to benefit Triangle area Non Profit organizations. The 5K Race and 5K Community Walk begins and ends at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park with a route that traverses downtown Durham. This video highlights the 2009 Great Human Race on the day of the event with music contributed by Durham’s Martin Eagle of Hawksnest Music. A video made for the volunteer center at Ritsumeikan University (Kinugasa Campus) in Kyoto.
It was made by a collection of international and Japanese students as part of their JWP Service Learning class in hopes of raising awareness of the volunteer center and encouraging exchange students to include volunteering as part of their experience in Kyoto.
