a)let community …
a)let community service visit the families of the drop outs and see if the the cause of financial problems or lake of awareness or other.
b)put new scholarship programs to be more motivational
c)make a research about what these kids like to watch on tv ,and make enlightening ads target their modern thinking.
d)try not to classify colleges into black and withe history, emerge and just call it american history.
i guess that what martin luther king really wanted to empower the conception of unity.
