Where is the best place to advertise for volunteers on the east coast?

Where can I advertise for volunteers to test skin care and beauty products. It would have to be free, and I have tried craigslist.

    Walk into the Parris Island USMC Recruit Training Depot and make an appointment to discuss your volunteer needs
    with whoever is authorized to lend you several thousand
    that doubtless need additional attention to skin care and beauty care product testing. Be sure to mention it is for the purpose of National Defense.
